Bob Terbrack is a Partner representing and defending businesses, insurance companies, and individuals facing a variety of litigation involving property damage, personal injury, and wrongful death. His litigation experience includes mass torts/toxic torts, asbestos litigation, commercial transportation accidents, particularly in the railroad and maritime industries, as well as auto accident liability and construction claims.

Prior to joining McNeal Schick Archibald & Biro Co., LPA, Bob began his legal career serving as a Staff Attorney to Hon. Daniel Gaul in the Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas, assisting the Court in managing its civil docket and often facilitating the resolution of contentious suits. Bob uses this experience to provide his clients with the inside information on how courts are likely to decide various issues throughout a suit. After finishing his clerkship, Bob worked at a plaintiff’s firm, learning litigation from the opposite side of the cases he now works on, providing him invaluable perspective.
