Rachel N. White is an Associate Attorney at McNeal Schick Archibald & Biro Co., LPA.  After joining the firm as a law clerk in May 2024, Rachel was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 2024, officially transitioning into her role as an Associate. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Concentration in Forensics from John Carroll University in 2019 and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law in 2023.

Rachel began her career as a legal assistant at a plaintiff’s Personal Injury Firm from 2019-2021, where she focused on her skills in case preparation and client communication. She then worked as a Law Clerk at a plaintiff’s Labor and Employment Firm from 2022 to 2024, where she gained significant practical experience. Rachel’s experience on the plaintiff’s side has allowed her to bring a unique mindset to her defense work at McNeal Schick. Her familiarity with the strategies often used by the plaintiff’s side gives her an advantage in anticipating arguments and building effective defense strategies.
